The small village of Shalfleet is located in the heart of the Island’s Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with its stunning coastal scenery, the area offers a varied choice for walkers, cyclists and outdoor pursuits enthusiasts. Great for families and couples, there is plenty to see and do, with the Manor just on the edge of a wonderful part of the coast known as Newtown Estuary. The estuary has been designated as a National Nature Reserve by Natural England, one of only 200 in England.
